At Hamptons Blue, each item is thoughtfully curated to bring timeless beauty and quiet luxury into your home. While we hope you’re delighted with your purchase, we understand that occasionally, a return may be necessary.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on many items. Please note that eligibility varies depending on the item and vendor partner.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all tags and inserts intact
- Pre-approved by our Client Care Team
Please note:
Made-to-order, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return and will be clearly noted on the product page.
Return Process
To begin a return, email clientcare@hamptonsblue.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and a shipping address.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please complete a return and place a new order.
